Listed below are the basic steps that need to be accomplished.  Your needs may be different based on the requirements establised on your proposal.

Set-up

Items are moved to the center of room and covered with clean, new plastic sheets.  Drop cloths are placed on all flooring for protection.

Prep-work

According to your desires, holes and cracks in ceiling and walls are filled, stains are sealed and surfaces are scuff sanded and cleaned.

Paint

Areas that required repair are primed and a quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

Clean-up

Move back furniture and accessories to your desired location.  Vacuum and sweep floors and carpets.  Remove all of our materials from the work area.

Inspect

Along with you, we inspect the job to make sure every thing was done according to your requests and to your satisfaction.

According to your desires, exteriors are either pressure washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew with an environmentally friendly solution.

Set-up

Every attempt will be made to protect your ground and vegetation.  Drop cloths or plastic sheets will be placed in areas that may be damaged by site work.  Rope will be used to pull small trees and shrubs away from the work area.

Prep Surface

According to your desires, all loose paint is removed and glossy areas are lightly sanded.  Gaps are caulked in order to prevent water from entering the area.

Paint

Areas that required repair are primed and a quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

Clean-up. 

Work areas are cleaned up daily and at the end of the job.  Paint chips and other debris are removed and disposed of properly.  Work materials are put away neatly and stored.

Along with you, we inspect the job to make sure every thing was done according to your requests and to your satisfaction.
